Responsibilities

THE ROLE

As our Email Marketing Specialist, you won’t just send emails—you’ll orchestrate journeys, build smart automations, and craft messages that convert clicks into customers.
You’ll partner across creative, growth, and customer teams to deliver the right story, to the right person, at the exact right moment—across the entire funnel. From onboarding flows to product drops, you’ll architect the emotion + motion of every message.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Designing and delivering global email and retention strategies that spark growth
  • Create powerful automations, behavioural based triggers, and personalised campaigns
  • Turn insights into action by tracking and optimizing engagement and customer lifetime value
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with growth, creative, and wider marketing teams
  • Create, test and execute email marketing campaigns, monitoring for performance
  • Perform database segmentation
  • Implement lead nurturing programs
  • Investigate and leverage relevant AI technologies to improve speed to market and increase relevancy of email communications
  • Be a “power user” and go-to person for marketing email campaigns, working closely with global programs, customer/partner marketing and field marketing teams
  • Generate and analyze email marketing reports
  • Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for measuring email marketing success

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of hands-on CRM/email marketing experience (B2B SaaS is a plus)
  • You’re a Pardot pro (or comfortable with tools like HubSpot, Marketo, Eloqua)
  • Solid grasp of email’s role within broader campaign strategies.
  • Skilled in using AI to enhance creation, automation, personalization, and testing
  • Skilled in HTML and CSS
  • Experience with or understanding of CRM systems; Salesforce preferred
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel)
  • Calm in chaos, sharp with details, and always ready to solve what’s next.
  • Driven by outcomes, guided by data, and fluent in turning metrics into moves.
  • Creative at heart, clear in message—your campaigns connect and convert.
