JOB SUMMARY

JobTread is looking for a data-driven and creative Email Marketing Specialist to help us drive engagement, retention, and growth through powerful email communications. You’ll be responsible for planning, building, and optimizing email campaigns that connect with our audience at every stage of the customer journey.
This role is perfect for someone who knows their way around Pardot (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement), understands B2B lifecycle marketing, and enjoys both strategy and execution.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in email marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS or a similar industry.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills with an eye for clarity, tone, and consistency.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently and meet deadlines.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to turn insights into action
  • Strong knowledge of email best practices including segmentation, deliverability, and compliance
  • Familiarity with marketing automation, customer lifecycle journeys, and lead nurturing
  • Proven experience with Pardot (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement) and Salesforce.
  • Knowledge of the construction or SaaS industry is a plus and will help you connect with our target market.
Responsibilities
  • Build and manage email nurture campaigns to support lead conversion and customer onboarding.
  • Create and distribute monthly newsletters to our customers and broader community.
  • Design and launch automated email campaigns to support marketing, sales, and customer success initiatives.
  • Execute non-renewal campaigns and win-back efforts to reduce churn and improve retention.
  • Develop custom email templates and messages for use by the sales and customer success teams.
  • Create and send new feature and product update announcements to drive product adoption.
  • Collaborate with the design team to ensure branded, engaging, mobile-responsive email templates.
  • Monitor performance metrics, run A/B tests, and optimize for deliverability, engagement, and conversion.
  • Work across departments to ensure that content aligns with both sales and customer retention goals.
  • Contribute to other marketing initiatives as needed.
