Responsibilities

As a member of the digital content team the purpose of this role is to grow the business through the execution of the digital communications plan and to lead the development of the business email strategy with clarity, innovation and passion.

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive email marketing strategy to drive customer engagement and sales.
  • Plan, create, and optimize email campaigns
  • Manage and segment the email database, ensuring audience targeting and personalization.
  • Oversee A/B testing and analyse campaign performance metrics to improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
  • Ensure compliance with email marketing best practices, including GDPR and SPAM regulations.
  • Collaborate with the design and content teams to create compelling email templates and copy.
  • Generate detailed reports and insights, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • General Duties that promote the smooth running of the Digital Content Team.
