We’re looking for a senior-level Email Marketing Manager who not only understands great messaging but also has the technical expertise to ensure campaigns land where they’re supposed to — in the inbox, not the spam folder. You’ll be the go-to expert for both strategy and execution, blending creative copywriting with deep knowledge of the systems and processes that drive high-performance email marketing.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of marketing strategy, technical infrastructure, and data-driven execution. You’ll lead email marketing efforts from end to end while keeping a close eye on deliverability, compliance, and optimization.

Responsibilities
  • Own the planning, execution, and optimization of email marketing campaigns for both internal and external audiences.
  • Write and manage newsletters, lifecycle communications, and outbound campaigns using compelling, brand-aligned copy that drives engagement and conversions.
  • Grow, manage, and segment email lists to ensure targeted, relevant messaging that aligns with user behavior and intent.
  • Oversee all outbound initiatives including cold email campaigns, ensuring best practices are followed across the team.
  • Analyze key performance metrics (deliverability, open rates, CTR, conversions) and deliver actionable insights to continually improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Ensure technical excellence across all email operations:
  • Manage and maintain domain and IP health.
  • Oversee SPF, DKIM, DMARC, DNS records, and warming protocols.
  • Ensure compliance with legal standards (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.).
  • Lead and mentor a small team of marketers and outbound contributors, holding them accountable while fostering a positive, collaborative culture.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Content teams to ensure messaging and goals are aligned across channels.
