THE ROLE

As our Revenue-Focused Email Marketing Specialist, you will own the strategy, execution, and optimization of all email marketing efforts that directly drive revenue, VIP client conversions, and customer acquisition. You’ll leverage HubSpot to craft compelling campaigns, build automation workflows, and relentlessly test to maximize performance.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Drive Daily Revenue: Execute high-converting broadcast campaigns, with 2x daily sends optimized to beat performance benchmarks.
  • Launch Revenue Campaigns: Rapidly deploy promotions, flash sales, and limited-time offers that generate immediate sales spikes.
  • Boost Customer Acquisition: Build and optimize email funnels that convert new customers at scale.
  • VIP Conversion: Design targeted campaigns that move customers up the value ladder to premium programs.
  • Relentless Testing: Continuously split test subject lines, creative, CTAs, and segments to improve conversions.
  • Advanced Segmentation: Implement behavioral and demographic targeting to deliver highly relevant content.
  • Automation & Nurture: Build HubSpot workflows that guide leads seamlessly through the customer journey.
