JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a proactive and creative CRM & Email Marketing Specialist to join our fast-growing fashion e-commerce team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and executing all CRM, email, push notification, and WhatsApp marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement, retention, and revenue growth.

KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Hands-on experience with Klaviyo or similar email marketing platforms.
• Strong knowledge of CRM data management and customer segmentation.
• Experience creating and managing Push Notification campaigns.
• Familiarity with WhatsApp Marketing tools (e.g., WhatsApp Business API or third-party solutions).
• Excellent copywriting and content creation skills for email and WhatsApp messaging.
• Strong analytical skills to assess campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.

• Plan and send weekly email campaigns using Klaviyo or similar platforms.
• Design and manage automated email flows (Welcome, Abandoned Cart, Post-Purchase, etc.).
• Create customer CRM segments to personalise campaigns and improve targeting.
• Develop and launch Push Notification campaigns tailored to customer segments.
• Plan and execute WhatsApp Marketing campaigns (broadcasts, promotions, abandoned cart reminders, etc.).
• Monitor and report on email open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
• Continuously test, learn and optimise all campaigns to improve engagement and ROI.
