QUALIFICATIONS

• 3–5+ years of experience managing email and SMS marketing campaigns, with proven success on platforms like Springbig, Klaviyo, or similar.
• Demonstrated ability to drive high-ROI campaigns and deliver data-backed results.
• Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to craft persuasive and engaging copy.
• Deep understanding of customer segmentation, personalization, and lifecycle marketing.
• Experience with WordPress for landing page creation, basic web updates, or blog management.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and results-driven mindset.
• Solid knowledge of TCPA, CAN-SPAM, and SMS marketing compliance.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in the cannabis or other regulated industries.
• Familiarity with graphic design tools or HTML/CSS for email design is a plus.
• Leadership or team management experience is a bonus.

ROLE OVERVIEW

As our Senior Marketing Manager, you will own the strategy, execution, and optimization of our digital communications. You will lead the planning and development of high-performing campaigns that engage our audience and convert leads into loyal customers. This role requires a balance of analytical thinking, creative messaging, and technical know-how, with a strong understanding of compliance and industry nuances.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and manage all aspects of our email and SMS marketing strategy using platforms like Springbig, Klaviyo, and others.
• Develop segmentation strategies to personalize content and maximize open, click-through, and conversion rates.
• Track performance data, analyze KPIs, and make data-driven decisions to improve ROI and customer engagement.
• Ensure all communications meet compliance standards (e.g., TCPA, CAN-SPAM) and reflect industry best practices.
• Collaborate with content, design, and operations teams to ensure cohesive messaging and brand alignment.
• Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, content, timing, and calls to action to refine messaging and drive campaign effectiveness.
• Leverage CRM tools and automation workflows to support the full customer journey.
• Contribute to the overall marketing strategy and play a key role in customer retention initiatives.
