QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Proven experience in email marketing, preferably within ecommerce or retail.
• Strong understanding of email marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar).
• Experience with email automation, segmentation, and personalisation strategies.
• Proficiency in HTML/CSS for email design is a plus.

You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimising email marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement, retention, and sales.
This role involves crafting compelling email content, segmenting audiences for personalised messaging, and leveraging data-driven insights to improve campaign performance.
You will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless and engaging communication strategy that aligns with VPZ’s brand and business objectives.
This role is based full time in our Edinburgh office, and applicants must be aware that vaping is a restricted industry, requiring adherence to industry regulations and compliance.
