You’re not just technically capable with email tools like Dotdigital, you’re a strategic and analytical thinker – always looking for ways to improve performance. You understand how to use automation, segmentation, and messaging to move the needle – and you care about getting the right message to the right person and the right time. You understand the role of email in integrated marketing campaigns and are comfortable working collaboratively and in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

YOUR ROLE & IMPACT

You’ll be our subject matter expert in email marketing, leading the end-to-end strategy, planning, creation, and optimisation of our email marketing campaigns across our B2B and B2C audiences – with a strong focus on customer experience, commercial performance, and continuous improvement.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Shape our future – own the end-to-end email marketing strategy across our B2B and B2C audiences
  • Drive innovation – manage and evolve our automated and behaviour-based email journeys to support business goals
  • Make a real impact – plan, coordinate, and execute campaigns to support product launches, seasonal activity, and always-on journeys
  • Build and distribute email campaigns in Dotdigital, including personalisation, data management, and dynamic content
  • Maintain and manage our email templates and components, ensuring brand and compliance alignment
  • Manage data uploads and segmentation, ensuring our database is accurate and effective
  • Monitor, report on, and analyse email KPIs (e.g. open rates, clicks, conversions, unsubscribes, and ROI)
  • Produce monthly reports to senior stakeholders with actionable insights and recommendations
  • Develop a test and learn methodology for email marketing to continuously improve performance
  • Work closely with the wider marketing team – championing a customer-first approach and sharing best practice and performance improvement
