ROLE OVERVIEW:
We’re looking for a strategic, results-oriented Email Marketing Strategist to join our client’s growing digital team. In this client-facing role, you’ll take full ownership of end-to-end email marketing initiatives for U.S. and EU-based DTC e-commerce brands. You’ll be responsible for building and executing high-performing campaigns, automations, and flows in Klaviyo—ensuring every touchpoint is optimized to drive engagement, retention, and revenue.
The ideal candidate is highly analytical and thrives in a fast-paced agency environment. You’ll work closely with a copywriter and email designer, while regularly communicating with clients—sharing updates, presenting insights, and aligning on strategy through both email and video calls.
