Job Description

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?

We’re looking for someone with the expert level skill set to make an impact and the mindset to grow with us.

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Experience: 2+ years in email marketing for e-commerce (agency experience preferred); proven track record of independently managing client accounts.
  • Platform Expertise: Proficiency in Klaviyo and strong understanding of ESPs, email design, and deliverability best practices.
  • Strategy & Execution: Demonstrated ability to create, implement, and optimize complex email programs aligned with client goals; hands-on A/B testing and analysis experience.
  • Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and drive momentum across multiple projects.
  • Analytical & Creative Thinking: Ability to use data, benchmarks, and competitive insights to make strategic decisions while thinking creatively.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills, with confidence in presenting insights to clients.
  • Attention to Detail: High accuracy in execution and reporting with minimal supervision.
  • Adaptability: Positive, solutions-oriented attitude with the ability to thrive in fast-changing, high-pressure environments.
  • Problem-Solving: Resourceful and proactive in resolving challenges; comfortable working through ambiguity and escalating when needed.
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Development, Economics, or a related field.
