Responsibilities
  • Contribute to building and execution of email-marketing strategies
  • Oversee day-to-day email marketing activities including email campaigns, scheduling, testing, tagging and deployment of campaigns including the template design, calls-to-action, and content
  • Manage and maintain email marketing platforms, including Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Jacquard, and Stensul
  • Coordinate email campaign execution such as target segmentation, data analytics, list management, and lead management
  • Build and execute customer journeys and drip campaigns based on behaviors
  • Use automation and/or dynamic content capabilities focusing on customer experience
  • Support the email marketing campaign calendar and quarterly planning process
  • Report and troubleshoot technical issues
  • Track and report on key performance indicators and use the data to incorporate key learnings, insights and trends into future campaigns.
  • Leverage analytics platforms to provide key insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Partner with BI&A and Digital Analytics teams to validate, test and share insights as needed
  • Participate in content development and delivery to achieve channel and business objectives
  • Support and consult shared services teams on best practices, technical expertise, and digital brand guidelines.
  • Attend industry events and stay current with email marketing best practices and share these with the Corporate Marketing Group on a regular basis
