Responsibilities
  • Install, troubleshoot, and maintain HighRes lab automation equipment
  • Calibrate and set up robotic systems at the customer site
  • Respond to technical support requests with urgency and accuracy
  • Document all service work, repairs, and case resolutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to manage system upgrades and relocations
  • Provide basic system and software training to end users
  • Create service documentation and contribute to internal knowledge sharing
  • Mentor junior team members and uphold service quality standards
  • Coordinate with third-party vendors to resolve complex issues
  • Monitor inventory of tools and spare parts to maintain readiness
