As a Embedded Engineer II to join our SATCOM team in Tewkesbury. This position is responsible for a variety of professional level engineering responsibilities. Applies knowledge of engineering discipline, processes, and tools to complete and ensure compliance of various project subtasks. Hybrid 3 days from office and 2 days Home

MUST HAVE SKILLS

• Bachelors Degree in Engineering or a related field or equivalent experience and 2-4 years of relevant experience
• Experience of C and C++ for embedded applications

• Technical Skills
  o Has knowledge/experience of C and C++ for embedded applications
  o Contributing to planning and executing project subtasks to meet customer specifications (designing, testing, etc).
  o Assists in the completion of products to achieve certification and customer acceptance.

o May support other Engineers, Technicians and Associates to ensure project and product compliance.

• Communication Skills

o Contributes to project status and process presentations for leadership and external customers.
o Interfaces with vendors and suppliers to ensure product and project compliance.

o Communicates any non-compliance and the results of any internal project audits to pertinent parties.

• Leadership Skills

o Establishes and applies methodology to new concepts and recommends enhancements to advance projects and processes.
o May assist in developing Aerospace Engineering processes and guidelines.
