We’re Looking for an ‘A’ Player We’re embedding financing directly into the quote workflow used by 750+ heavy equipment dealerships. You’ll build the MVP, sign lending partners, and scale a bank-originated equipment financing solution inside our CRM and end-to-end sales technology. You speak “bank,” know equipment/vendor finance or embedded finance in vertical SaaS, and can turn contracts and APIs into a fast, compliant dealer experience. Key Responsibilities: Increase the lending origination experience for dealers to help them win more sales with embedded financial services integrated into the sales workflow and CRM. Own the 0→1→scale plan for embedded finance (product, partners, P&L). Sign and launch 2–5 bank/financing/captive partners; lock SLAs and pricing schemas. Ship the MVP: in-quote offers, one e-sign packet, funded status back to CRM. Design business plan and unit economics. Build compliance into the flow when required. Stand up lender integrations (decisioning, e-signature, payoff/servicing sync). Use TZ data (quotes, residuals, dealer velocity) for pre-fill, pre-qual, offer ranking. Run weekly performance: attach %, approval %, funded %, time-to-fund, NPS, unit economics. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience). 10+ years in equipment/vendor finance or 7+ years embedding finance in vertical SaaS. Proven launch of a lending/lease origination program with external lenders. Hands-on with e-contracting, KYC/IDV, UCC filing/search, insurance proof. Working knowledge of Reg B/ECOA, FCRA, GLBA; awareness of 1071 obligations. Strong dealmaking with lenders; comfortable redlining and closing commercial terms. Product + technical depth: can define API contracts and partner closely with product & engineering. CRM-native mindset (Salesforce or similar) to keep reps in-workflow, end-to-end. *Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.
