WHAT YOU’LL DO: Structure and pitch embedded solution to target customers across South East Asia region. Develop and execute strategies to support the company’s overall business plan in South East Asia. Execute and negotiate treaty agreements with strategic partners. Support the sourcing of partnership opportunities. Work with the relevant internal stakeholders to develop innovative insurance products relevant to the company’s target segments. Build new and deepen existing B2B client relationships by leveraging on the capability. Carry out negotiations with partners in introducing our platform solutions and suggest best tailored solutions to further benefit both parties. Analyze partnership performance, derive insights, and recommend actions to improve partners performance and effectiveness and drive growth. WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU: More than 5 years of experience in the related industry. Strong writing and verbal negotiation communication skills. Results-driven with a keen analytical ability to turn insights into action. Highly motivated with a sense of urgency and willingness to adjust in a fast-paced, team environment. Ability to multitask, prioritise and problem solve with excellent time management skills. Creative self-starter and quick learner with a can-do attitude. Can work independently, self-reliant, and self-motivated.
