Lead and mentor a core team engineers, providing guidance, coaching, and career development Define architecture and best practices for embedded Linux systems on ARM and FPGA-based platforms Oversee design and implementation of Linux user-space applications, device drivers, and integration with hardware accelerators Ensure seamless integration with hardware and system-level software, including FPGA prototyping and bring-up Collaborate cross-functionally with hardware, FPGA, algorithm, and system teams to deliver robust solutions Own project planning, resource allocation, and risk mitigation for embedded software projects 8+ years in embedded software development, including 3+ years in a leadership role Hands-on experience with ARM / SoC architectures and FPGA flows Strong proficiency in C/C++, Python, and object-oriented programming Significant experience with Linux user-space and kernel-level development Familiarity with modern communication protocols (Ethernet, USB, SPI, I²C) Ability to inspire and manage a high-performing team in a cross-matrix environment Excellent communication and stakeholder management B.Sc. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field
