Description

Role Purpose The role is full time on Fashion Garments Project and take over all of their thread supply chain needs in terms of ordering and purchasing thread.This project will secure 100% of Coats thread business and will protect us from any competition. Principal Accountabilities and Key Activities Developing thread shade and submit to customer side.- Preparing thread for sewing samples.- Handling complete order process of thread for bulk production. - Solving thread issues (colour, quality, shortage, line planning) in production.- Working with customer service team to get thread in house on time with enough quantity and quality.- Handling the data to upload to Ecomm system, “speed line” process/approval …- Communicating with related department (Merchandiser team, planning team, factory, QA team, procurement team, data team…) at customer side.- Attending CP meeting weekly and other management meeting when customer required. Education, Qualifications and ExperienceEssential - Bachelor’s Degree in English/Garment textiles/Business Administration.- Good communications in Vietnamese and English Desirable - Over 2 years of experience Purchaser/Merchandiser position in Garment factory.- Proficient in Excel and strong in logical thinking.- Skilled in problem-solving and time management.- Capable of managing and prioritizing workload independently.
