Resideo is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Security Architect to join our dynamic Security Architecture team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for defining and implementing robust security solutions across a diverse range of areas, focusing on embedded systems security. Other areas include mobile applications, cloud-based platforms, IT security architecture and operational technology (OT) systems. You will play a key role in ensuring the security of our products, services, and IT infrastructure by driving secure design principles, conducting threat modeling and risk assessments, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver secure solutions.

• Lead the definition and implementation of security requirements and end to end secure architectures into product and services offerings, focusing on embedded systems.
• Conduct comprehensive security assessments, including threat modeling, vulnerability analysis, and risk assessments, across all product lines.
• Collaborate with product development teams, to quantify residual risk, design and implement appropriate security controls.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in product security, emerging threats and vulnerabilities. Improve our security threat intelligencce baseline. Share knowledge across Resideo through guidelines, best practices, newsletters, etc.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to product development teams on security best practices and the implementation of security controls.
• Collaborate with external security researchers and industry experts to enhance our overall security posture.Communicate complex security concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
