About the role At Vitrolife, we're seeking a skilled Embedded Software Developer to take ownership of firmware development within our multidisciplinary team. You’ll be the key driver for embedded software excellence—expertly developing firmware with Zephyr and C++, while bridging the gap between software applications and our advanced hardware solutions. Your impact Develop firmware for integrated hardware and medical device applications Drive embedded software architecture and implementation, particularly using Zephyr and C++ Execute hardware bring-up and integration Act as the primary link and bridge builder between software applications and hardware development teams Take proactive ownership of your technical domain and initiate improvements Support regulated development processes and contribute to overall product quality What you bring Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Life Sciences, or equivalent 5+ years of embedded software development experience, preferably with hardware integration Strong knowledge of Zephyr and C++ Experience in hardware bring-up Bonus: Experience with C# application development. Responsibilities

Develop and take ownership of firmware for integrated hardware and medical device applications using Zephyr and C++. Act as the primary technical bridge between software applications and hardware development teams to ensure smooth integration.
