SimpleXX GmbH is seeking a Systems/Hardware Engineer for our client HENSOLDT Sensors at their Taufkirchen location, starting as soon as possible, on a temporary basis with the possibility of permanent placement. Your responsibilities will include conducting system analyses and analyzing customer requirements. The following tasks await you:

  • Conducting system analyses and developing system and hardware concepts
  • Analyzing customer requirements and defining system requirements
  • Design of subsystems, interfaces and digital assemblies for Missile Warning Systems
  • Specifying digital subsystems and creating development, product and verification documentation
  • Optimizing and redesigning existing test systems and digital hardware modules
  • Managing and providing professional support to internal and external development partners
  • Planning and executing system integration, testing, commissioning and qualification according to aviation standards, and supporting customers in order processing, integration and acceptance.

We wish for:

  • A completed university degree in electrical engineering, communications engineering, or a comparable qualification
  • Professional experience in systems engineering as well as in the specification, design and development of equipment and hardware, including their integration with special consideration of EMC and EMC requirements and in the handling of laboratory measuring instruments.
  • Knowledge of aviation-specific or similar standards (e.g. DO-160, DO-254)
  • A high degree of initiative, as well as an analytical and structured way of working.
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to work in a team and social competence
  • Fluent German and English skills
  • Tools: MS-Office, SAP
