The main challenge for Crypto Test Developers in the Secure Software IP team would be to understand the Crypto Library functionality running on the embedded system, write automated tests targeting the functionality of our high-performance security software and add features to the test framework while maintaining support for all the hardware platforms. Your responsibilities Define test specifications for crypto library components Implement low-level embedded C automated software tests on target side (on a micro controller/hardware emulator) and on the host side (in Python, on PC), based on the defined specifications. Implement test framework improvements (C, Python) First-level analysis/debugging of Crypto Library issues together with the Crypto Developers. Your team The Secure Software IP team is a cross-located team with members distributed across multiple NXP sites. Both technical competency and attitude are important in our team, and you are expected to collaborate with local and global team members, to demonstrate independence in solving problems and agility in switching projects as per customer priorities, to be motivated by delivering results, to be assertive in supporting your technical design opinions, and to be open on the challenges towards achieving the expected results.
