Tasks:

• Design and continuous development of innovative vehicle software for the latest generation of vehicles, taking into account current technical requirements.
• Development, integration and further development of applications on embedded systems and high-performance computing platforms (HPCs)
• Support in software architecture decisions as well as in the continuous optimization of existing software solutions and system structures>
• Participation in software requirements management as well as creation and updating of development documentation according to predefined processes, guidelines and standards.

Know-how:

• Completed studies in computer science, electrical engineering, mechatronics or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience
• Several years of professional experience in software development, ideally in the demanding and quality-oriented automotive environment, with a good understanding of the special requirements of the vehicle and mobility industry.
• Practical experience in model-based software development and in the use of suitable methods and tools for the structured development, modeling and further development of software systems
• Excellent knowledge of AUTOSAR Adaptive or AUTOSAR Classic, as well as a confident handling of the associated concepts, standards, and development requirements.
• Experience with development processes according to the V-model is advantageous, especially an understanding of the systematic planning, implementation, documentation and safeguarding of software development projects.
• Independent, structured and reliable work style with a high degree of initiative as well as strong communication skills for constructive collaboration in interdisciplinary teams.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for work
• Very good German and English skills
