You'll sit at the heart of the business, working closely with leaders and hiring teams to shape talent strategy, drive hiring outcomes, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience. The Role: You'll own end-to-end hiring across a diverse mix of technical and commercial roles — from founding engineers and Python developers to growth, finance, and customer retention talent. We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, knows how to build momentum, engage top talent, and confidently drive processes through to offer stage without compromising on quality. The Talent Lead has a strong agency recruitment background and values pace, proactivity, and ownership.
