Rooted in BHG Catering, Ember is a sub-brand specialising in event production within a culinary setting and high-end dining experiences for the public weekly. On our rooftop in Kreuzberg, we host approximately 50 guests around a long table to celebrate a family-style sharing menu.
We collaborate with brands, agencies, and companies to create unique dining experiences in special venues, such as our rooftop in Kreuzberg. Upon request, we also provide off-site catering and event productions.

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Dishwasher to join our team. The Dishwasher will play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen. This position ensures that all dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment are cleaned, sanitized, and ready for use while assisting in maintaining a safe and hygienic kitchen environment.

REQUIREMENTS

• No prior experience required; on-the-job training will be provided.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Physical stamina to stand, lift, and bend for extended periods.
• Positive attitude and ability to work effectively in a team.
• German or english speaking

• Wash and sanitize dishes, silverware, glasses, pots, pans, and other kitchen equipment using industrial dishwashing machines or by hand if needed.
• Ensure the cleanliness of all kitchen areas by following sanitation standards and health guidelines.
• Organize cleaned items and store them in their designated places.
• Monitor and maintain dishwashing supplies (soap, sanitizer, etc.) and inform the supervisor when supplies are low.
• Sweeping, mopping, and trash disposal of the dishwashing area.
