Q Brands Plus is expanding and we are looking for a Embroidery Machine Operator. Attention to detail will be crucial as the Embroidery Machinist will handle intricate designs, ensuring precise and accurate stitching, embroidering logos, names and designs onto a variety of garments and items, but following a spec sheet / sales order.
The ideal candidate will have some technical skills, a keen eye for quality, and a passion for creating unique embroidered textiles, and full training will be given.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with embroidery software is a plus
• A team player with good communication skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure

• Set up and operate embroidery machines to execute intricate designs.
• Monitor machine performance, adjusting settings as needed to ensure high-quality output.
• Inspect finished products to ensure adherence to design specifications and quality standards
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting tasks on embroidery equipment
• Collaborate with the design team to develop innovative embroidery techniques and concepts
• Check in MTO Stock and help with dispatch
• Maintain accurate production records and report any issues or malfunctions to the supervisor
