Job Description Job Title: Embroidery Machine Operator Reports to: Production Manager Rate: $16 an hour Job Status: Fulltime, Eligible for competitive benefits after 30 days Location:?Apex, NC Tentative Shift Time: 7:30am – 4:30pm Tentative Start Date: May 15, 2026 Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Ensure quality embroidery is completed on all products. Read pick tickets and work orders correctly Contribute to the pre-production team, be willing to unbag orders before embroidery. Responsible for maintaining embroidery machines by cleaning and oiling as well as keeping the area clean and organized Always ask if anything is unclear, misunderstood, seems out-of-place, or is unsafe in any way. Effectively communicate needs, ideas and questions with Team Members and Managers to ensure operational efficiency. Understand the expectations of workplace safety and use good judgment to create an injury-free workplace. Requirements: Must be able to lift 40 lbs. Must be able to work standing up for 8 hours per day. Must be able to tolerate cold/ hot extremes and marked changes in temperature. Required to be punctual, onsite, and ready for work at scheduled hours. Must be respectful to team members. No inappropriate behavior, language or harassment allowed.
