We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Embroidery Operator to join our team. In this role, you will operate and maintain embroidery machines to create high-quality, precise embroidered products. The ideal candidate will have an eye for detail, a solid understanding of embroidery techniques, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Machine Operation: Operate and manage embroidery machines to create detailed designs on various materials.
  • Quality Control: Inspect finished products for accuracy and consistency, ensuring they meet high standards. Address any defects quickly.
  • Material Preparation: Select the right threads and materials for each design and position items on the machine with care.
  • Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Perform routine machine maintenance and make adjustments when necessary. Troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal machine performance.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to prioritize orders and ensure timely completion. Communicate effectively with supervisors to streamline production.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Embroidery Operator or similar role.
  • Proficiency in operating and maintaining embroidery machines.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to execute designs with precision.
  • Knowledge of various fabrics, threads, and embroidery techniques.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
