Agar Hygiene T/A Cromwell Safety is a growing company with a small, dynamic team who work independently to deliver high-quality results. We are seeking an experienced Embroidery & Print Machine Operator to join our fast-paced working environment.

ABOUT THE ROLE

This role is split between embroidery and print (DTF transfers). You will be responsible for running our embroidery machines, managing workflow, and maintaining high production standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Operating embroidery machines (4-head Tajima & 4 single-head Brother machines) efficiently and accurately.
• Managing the embroidery queue and prioritising jobs effectively.
• Maintaining machines, including cleaning, oiling, and ensuring consumables (threads, etc.) are stocked.
• Operating heat presses for printing uniforms when required.
• Assisting with light warehouse duties (e.g., goods-in checks, stock organisation) when needed.
• Ensuring a clean, organised and efficient workspace.
