We are seeking someone who takes pride in precision, understands the importance of detail, and is committed to delivering high-quality customised garments. In this customer-focused role, you will be responsible for executing embroidery projects to the highest standard, ensuring every customer is looked after brilliantly when visiting our depot. The detail-oriented professional best suited to this role will be responsible for: Analysing and interpreting project specifications and customer requirements prior to commencing embroidery work. Delivering high-quality embroidery with exceptional attention to detail, aligned to delivery timelines. Setting up and operating the embroidery machine efficiently, using the correct threads and framing techniques. Framing garments accurately according to the customisation sheet and customer specifications. Conducting basic maintenance and care of the embroidery machine to ensure optimal performance. Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, assisting with quotations and order follow-ups. Skills and qualifications required: Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an embroidery operator or machinist. Fluent in spoken and written English. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); Syspro experience is advantageous. Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality. A dependable individual who can be relied upon by colleagues and customers.
