Your role： Overall Objectives of the Position： To perform a range of standard and specialized laboratory experiments, using both standard and specialized laboratory equipment, presenting and contributing to the interpretation of results in chemical lab. Provide support for laboratory running such as management of reagents, reference standards, Instrument Routine Maintenance, HSE, documentation (SOP / Work Instruction / testing monograph / primary record, etc.) and other activities in chemical lab. Main Tasks： Strictly comply with company EHS safety regulations and familiar with workplace risk master skill of safety work and emergency rescue knowledge. Actively participate in quality culture building and quality related activities. QC Technical Transfer work of solvent product such as test method transfer\ develop\ optimization and validation. Lab instrument (such as: GC, HPLC, LC-MS…) related work such as procurement/ installation/ qualification/calibration and daily management. Draft/update QC procedures and documents to meet the requirement. Responsible for sampling of in-coming goods including packaging material & chemical material. Perform the release test of the raw materials (chemical & package), In-process control samples, final products. Record the test process and results in a timely manner. Lead the practical problem solving, lead the OOT/OOS/DEV investigation. To be a trainer, prepare the training materials and build team`s test capability. Key user for the LIMS system & SAP system, master data setting, daily trouble shooting and maintain. Cross function working environment. Lead the cost improvement project in QC area. Others assigned by the Line manager. Who you are： Attainment of qualified/responsible person status under local/international legislative requirements. Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical, Food etc. At least 5 years experiences in QC physical and chemical lab. Familiar with QC instrument operation and maintenance, LC, GC, LC-MS experience will add value. Be patient and willing to be a trainer. Trainer experience will be appreciated. Familiar with office applications (Word, MS-Excel, PPT), LIMS &SAP &power BI software experience will add value. Local language, good at English both listening、speaking、reading and writing Must have initiative and be self-motivated, learn fast and take responsibility. Cross-functional working environment and handle multiple works and works under pressure.
