Are you an EMDR-trained therapist who wants to focus on what you love—working with clients—without getting bogged down by billing, admin, or red tape?
We’re a small, relaxed, and supportive practice looking for a warm, reliable LCSW, LPC, LMSW, or LAC who enjoys working with adults and adolescents (optional). If you value flexibility, connection, and opportunities for growth, this might be the perfect fit.

• You’re not just a number here. You’ll work directly with the practice owner—no big team meetings, no drama, or layers of management. Just genuine, respectful support.
• You set your schedule. Want to take a long weekend? Cool. Need to work evenings? Great. The only requirement is 25+ client hours per week, including only 3 hours outside of normal business hours.
• You get to do therapy—we handle the rest. No billing, no admin chaos. We handle the back-end tasks so you can focus on your clients.
• Hybrid work style. You’ll conduct both telehealth and in-person sessions (required).
• Shared office with a supportive vibe. Our in-person space is in a shared suite with two other independently owned practices. It’s a calm, professional, and welcoming environment—everyone is friendly, respectful, and there when you need a connection.
• Free EMDR consultation. If you’re EMDR-trained or working toward certification, we offer consultation at no cost to support your growth.

What We’re Looking For:

• Licensed LCSW, LPC, LMSW, or LAC in Arizona
• EMDR-trained (from an EMDRIA-approved trainer)
• Able to hold a minimum of 25 client sessions/week, including 2 outside of normal business hours.
• Available for both in-person and telehealth sessions
• Independent, organized, and grounded in trauma-informed care

This is a 1099 contractor position with the flexibility to build your ideal caseload—with support when you need it, and independence when you don’t.
