EMEA Acquisition Account Executive About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated Account Executive to join our EMEA team, focused on selling Accruent’s solutions and services to net new customers. You will own the sales cycle end-to-end, driving new customer acquisition while positioning Accruent as a thought leader in the market. Key Responsibilities Meet and exceed sales quotas for bookings and pipeline growth. Position Accruent’s solutions as market-leading, delivering measurable value to customers. Manage complex, multi-stakeholder deals across your EMEA territory. Develop territory plans, prospecting strategies, and client action plans. Collaborate with Marketing and Business Development teams to target accounts and generate qualified leads. Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities. Build and manage executive-level customer relationships. Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and activity records in Salesforce. Act as a thought leader in the industry — speak at conferences, trade shows, and networking events to elevate Accruent’s brand presence. Provide market and customer feedback to inform product development and roadmap planning. Travel across EMEA and the USA to meet customers, attend events, and collaborate internally. Required Skills & Experience Around 5+ years in SaaS sales with a proven record of meeting or exceeding quota. Experience managing complex deals in a multi-country environment. Strong knowledge of SaaS pricing principles and deal structures. Exceptional relationship-building skills with senior decision-makers. Excellent communication and presentation skills across all formats. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Track record of building a book of business and driving customer success, retention, and growth. Collaborative team player with the drive to succeed in a fast-paced, international environment. Fluent in English. Preferred Skills & Experience Experience selling into the Real Estate or Workplace/Facilities sectors.
