Lenovo’s Digital Workplace Solutions (DWS) team delivers services that support customers’ business goals, including service desk, endpoint management, security, deployment, and lifecycle services. We’re looking for an experienced Solution & Services Advisory Architect to lead pre-sales and delivery of IT transformation solutions, translating customer needs into business-focused outcomes.
You will be reporting to our Director within the SSG DWS Presales Solution Architecture.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven ability to translate customer needs into IT services with business value.
  • Deep understanding of digital workplace architectures and transformation.
  • Strong technical knowledge of end-user environments and transition planning.
  • Experience creating business cases that demonstrate ROI and cost savings.
  • Skilled in complex deal solutioning and financial modeling.
  • 5+ years in requirements definition, project/change management, and problem-solving.
  • Multilingual with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with infrastructure, datacenter, and network presales is a plus.
Responsibilities
  • Lead consultative workshops to gather customer requirements.
  • Translate business needs into Lenovo-delivered IT solutions.
  • Develop business cases and cost-effective service solutions.
