EMEA Benefits Advisor
Are you ready to make your mark as part of the Global Benefits Team in our London office?
In this role, you will support the Firm’s benefits programmes across the EMEA region, ensuring effective, compliant, and consistent delivery. You will establish efficient operations and programme implementations, creating a positive experience for employees and partners. This involves setting the strategy and standards for delivering benefits to partners and employees worldwide.
This is an exciting opportunity for a professional with domestic benefits experience to step into an international role. You will work with a global team, engage in complex, cross-border benefits delivery, and contribute to a high-performing team with a real impact on employee experience.
As part of our global People team, you will utilise and develop your skills across various roles, including advisor, project manager, recruiter, talent manager, and benefits expert. We combine traditional HR tasks with strategic initiatives to attract, retain, and engage top talent. Working closely with partners and business leaders, you will gain extensive experience, helping our teams perform at their highest level and deliver exceptional client service.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant benefits experience, including experience with UK benefit administration and vendor management of pension, medical, dental, vision, life, and disability plans
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail and outstanding critical thinking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-service environment
  • Experience with Benifex and Workday preferred
  • Strong interpersonal, collaborative, and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with all levels of partners and employees
Responsibilities
  • Benefits Administration, Renewal Processes and Pension Reporting
  • Managing the administration of benefits programmes in alignment with Firm policies and regional requirements
  • Ensuring all benefits-related content on relevant internal and external systems is accurate and up to date
  • Supporting annual benefits renewal processes, including vendor management, data analysis, reporting, and communications
  • Managing the monthly partner pension reporting process, ensuring timely and accurate upload of contribution files for the UK Pension plan
  • Escalation Point and Process Improvement
  • Acting as the escalation point for our HR Shared Services team to resolve complex employee and partner benefits queries
  • Continuously documenting and refining current processes, identifying opportunities to streamline operations and improve efficiency
  • Annual Bonus Exchange
  • Leading the annual bonus exchange process, coordinating with stakeholders to ensure smooth execution, accurate processing, and compliance in the UK
  • Data Analytics:
  • Leveraging data analytics through tools like Microsoft Power BI and the broker’s technology platform to enhance benefits reporting and drive strategic decision-making
  • Partnerships and Collaboration:
  • Developing successful partnerships with external vendor contacts
  • Establishing strong collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders, including People Advisory (HR) colleagues, Partner Resources, Compensation, Payroll, and HR Operations teams
  • Ensuring concerted efforts to deliver excellence to our partners and employees
