Description
Ensure programs are compliant, market-competitive, and aligned with Vialto's global Total Rewards philosophy Support harmonization and transformation initiatives where appropriate Manage relationships with brokers, insurers, TPAs, and consultants across assigned countries Ensure compliance with local statutory and regulatory requirements (e.g., pensions, insurance mandates, statutory leave) Monitor regulatory developments and assess impact across assigned countries Support audit readiness, risk mitigation, and governance activities across EMEA Support enablement of HR and Tier 1 teams to improve first-contact resolution Manage escalations thoughtfully, ensuring issues are resolved at the appropriate level Analyze utilization, cost trends, and employee feedback to inform recommendations Support regional budget tracking and cost management in partnership with Finance Provide insights to Global Benefits leadership and EMEA stakeholders Collaborate closely with Benefits leaders in the Americas and APAC Support global initiatives including wellbeing programs, M&A integration, Workday enhancements, and benefits governance projects Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field required CEBS, IFEBP, or equivalent professional certification is a plus 7-10 years of progressive experience in employee benefits within a multinational or matrixed organization Demonstrated experience managing benefits programs across multiple EMEA countries Strong strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Project management and prioritization, and teamwork capabilities High integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail French language skills strongly preferred; additional EMEA languages a plus
