Overview:
The Quest Global Channels team is seeking an EMEA Channel Distribution Leader to join our Global Channel organization, reporting directly to our Vice President of Global Distribution. This will be a highly visible role requiring proven channel experience and track record of execution. The ideal candidate will understand and internalize the Quest vision, solution portfolio, product roadmap, and go-to-market activities and effectively communicate these to partner constituents.

Responsibilities:

  • Working with regional distribution partners and regional business unit sales teams to support growth via two-tier distribution channel partners.
  • Develop regional strategy to best align Quest channel goals with strategic distributors to accelerate value-add distribution sales for all business units.
  • Aligned with Quest product teams and sales operations, support the continued development of distribution infrastructure to accelerate value-add growth, ease of doing business and activate the market.
  • Execute incremental Partner-led growth, Partner Recruitment and Activation.
  • Establish ecosystem expansion, growth and sales strategies for prioritized segments and services.
  • Utilize and provide competitive and market insights to shape direction of the Quest channel to optimize revenue growth.
  • Drive Partner enablement and engagement process via distribution.
  • Working with Channel sales operations, refining a meaningful and actionable metrics dashboard to measure results and drive adjustments as necessary.
  • Provide regional support for key partner constituents where local engagement is needed to promote the health of the channel.

Qualifications:

  • Strong channel experience in sales, marketing and/or operations. Must understand channel as a GTM strategy
  • 10+ years of experience in channel sales, strategy, program management and/or product strategy/management
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Experience in managing channel operations globally, navigating and communicating with partners to achieve positive partner experience
  • Strong leadership & people management skills; proven ability to develop key talent
  • Ability to quickly adapt in a changing environment, flexible and open-minded
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to engage and present to executives both within Quest and with partners
  • Strong organizational and relationship building skills
  • Demonstrated analytical and project management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to effectively present information in a variety of delivery formats
  • Collaborates well with key internal and external stakeholders
