Hiring: EMEA Channel Manager
Are you a relationship-driven Channel Manager with a passion for technology and a strategic mindset? We are seeking an EMEA Channel Manager to play a pivotal role in expanding our client’s partner network across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
About the Role
As the EMEA Channel Manager, you’ll be at the heart of the go-to-market strategy, building and strengthening relationships with partners to maximize revenue and fuel growth. Reporting directly to the EMEA Sales Director, you’ll develop and execute strategies to empower channel partners—resellers, distributors, and alliances—with the tools they need to succeed.

Responsibilities:

  • Shape Channel Strategy: Develop and implement plans that drive channel engagement, growth, and sales success.
  • Build Strong Partnerships: Work closely with partners to nurture relationships, align goals, and achieve mutual success.
  • Enable Sales Success: Provide partners with the resources, training, and support needed to sell innovative solutions effectively.
  • Monitor Performance: Track and report on KPIs to ensure partners are meeting targets and unlocking new market opportunities.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with internal teams to create co-marketing initiatives and deliver seamless support.

What You Bring

  • Experience: 5+ years in channel management or business development within tech.
  • Skills: Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and analytical abilities.
  • Industry Insight: Deep understanding of channel sales models and go-to-market strategies.
  • Education: Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Why This Opportunity?
With a collaborative culture and focus on growth, our client is dedicated to empowering innovation and supporting career advancement. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to travel, attend industry events, and shape the future of their EMEA channel strategy.
