We have a new opportunity for an Claims Operations Analyst to join our Claims Operatons Team. If you have a background in data analytics and advanced data generation and would like to join one of the worlds largest insurance companies then we would love to hear from you!
The EMEA Claims Operations MI/BI team (Management Information & Business Intelligence) is required to provide deep data insights to COG, regional EMEA Leadership & local claims clusters/countries heads and Senior Leadership Team.
This ranges from typical claims trend analytics with already defined KPI’s, trend developments over time, up to sophisticated predictive trend forecast & staffing models with respective management recommendations.
Basic EMEA Claims data generation is strategically placed with an offshore team. However, advanced data interpretation & KPI trend analysis is strategically placed onshore, close to the business Regional Claims Managers, Claims Country Managers & Line of Business heads.

Responsibilities
  • The Business Intelligence Analyst will be accountable for data analytics & advanced data generation, accuracy, timeliness and where needed communication/escalations to stakeholders.
  • Establish a strong understanding & connection with IT data sources where needed to generate, validate & discuss data sources and validity. Communicating & building sustainable relationships with Claims Handlers, IT, Data and actuarial department as well as other key internal departments in Chubb EMEA.

  • The Business Intelligence Analyst will monitor delivery / performance of MI/BI to support data generation activities and is expected to have a good understanding of processes.
  • Get operational where required with ongoing projects that are identified throughout a given year as MI/BI critical or where data interpretation and generation is needed.
  • Strong focus on Chubb’s Claims Craftmanship modules & MI/BI relevant training on all Chubb systems, data manipulation & digital innovations.
  • Actively drive self-studies to assure to be up to date & assure sustainable knowledge bench-strength.
  • To work within the framework of CHUBB ethical and service standards and adhere to current WFH local regulations.
