We're seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, EMEA Communications to join our Marketing & Communications team. This role is in London. In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: Support with the execution of proactive media initiatives to elevate the business profile across EMEA. Identify emerging news opportunities, industry trends, and thematic angles, adapting content for maximum press engagement. Craft compelling messaging, press releases, Q&A documents, and other communications collateral—including social media—to support LinkedIn activity for key spokespeople. Develop and implement tailored communications plans for each project, ensuring effective distribution of media announcements. Oversee the finalization and approval of communications materials, maintaining high standards throughout. Collaborate with senior leaders to align internal communications priorities and timing. Serve as the central coordinator for aligning internal and external messaging, ensuring clarity and consistency in employee communications. Monitor, evaluate, and report on communications metrics to measure impact and inform ongoing strategy. Foster strong partnerships with communications colleagues in New York, London, and Hong Kong to ensure global alignment. Support the PR team's daily operations and contribute innovative solutions to business challenges. To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, business or related field. A number of years of experience in communications, with a strong track record of delivering media outcomes and established media network. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization. Excellent writer with an audience-first mindset. High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
