Description

We are an outsourcing company that has clients in Europe, USA and Asia. We are seeking an EMEA Content and Programs Manager to work in one of our valued client offices in London. Our client is a social media video content platform with offices in most EMEA and AMS countries.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3+ years’ experience in the digital media/agency/tech industry in content strategy and project/campaign management
  • Editorial background, expert in developing narratives and copywriting skills
    -Experience/interest in using data-driven insights
  • Project management experience working cross-functionally and with various levels of management
  • Deep passion for video content, social media and pop culture
    -Familiarity with basic editing using industry-standard tools such as Photoshop, Figma, and Illustrator for minor asset adjustments is considered an advantage.
    -Fluent in another European language beyond English (French, German, Spanish) is considered an advantage.

Responsibilities

PURPOSE OF ROLE:

Programs Manager EMEA - Support XFN campaign management, Editorial programming of Spotlight and Post Campaigns.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and execute locally relevant projects to drive Creator and Publisher engagement by working closely with Local Creator and Publisher teams as well as XFN stakeholders of all levels
  • Support tentpole activations to maximize performances and create content opportunities for creators & partners, leading on the set up and management of promotional plan, using relevant levers available
  • Support partners & creators managers in engaging & growing managed accounts through educational materials (emails, decks) and sessions (webinars, presentations)
  • Deliver analysis to identify growth opportunities, potential leverages to engage + grow accounts, and apply global / regional guidance and targets, and fine tune local goal setting based on local insights and deliver regular goal completion report - Localise global / regional activations and programs to maximize local impact
