We are looking for a candidate with a combination of skills across Project Management, Laboratory Analytics, IT Networking, Data management, Data processing / reporting and Automation. You will be home based, leading most of the project activities remotely with occasional travel to customer sites as required.
As a CrossLab Connect (CLC) Implementation Project Manager (IPM), you will play a meaningful role in ensuring the successful implementation and adoption of Agilent’s CrossLab Connect. This software platform enhances laboratory operations by providing comprehensive asset management, service capabilities, and performance optimization. It enables customers to efficiently lead, maintain, and apply their fleet of analytical instruments. The IPM will be the main point of contact during installation, coordinate various project teams, lead stakeholder communication, and ensure project documentation is accurate and up-to-date. The new position will be part of the Enterprise Services Customer Success Team (ESCS) collaborating with the EMEA Lab-Informatics Service Delivery manager.
This role involves collaborating across divisions and functions to achieve outstanding project outcomes, continuous improvements, and ensuring our customers experience ?Trusted Answers? at every opportunity. The ideal candidate will be a great teammate, customer-focused, diligent, and capable of growing in sophisticated projects.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • University degree or equivalent combination of education and employment in the requested expertise areas (Life Sciences, Chemistry, Engineering, Computer Science…)
  • 5+ Years of experience in project management, preferably in networked software implementations and experience in a customer-facing role in the Pharma/Chem industry with deep technical competence.
  • Solid grasp of analytical industry, laboratory instrumentation and workflows, and IT infrastructure and security.
  • Understanding GxP compliance in Pharma.
  • Relevant domain knowledge in laboratory informatics products and related analytics, including chromatography and mass spec data systems, data and Content Management systems and LIMS.
  • Knowledge of the Agilent OpenLab Portfolio is a plus.
  • Deep technical skills in IT, including hardware, databases, operating systems, networking, virtualization and cloud.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in local language and English and comfortable with addressing multidisciplinary internal/external audiences.
  • Familiarity with Agilent products and the CrossLab Connect Suite is a plus
