Job Title: EMEA Delivery Excellence planner Reports To: EMEA Centre of Excellence Planning and Delivery Manager Primary location: EMEA (Remote) Purpose of the position To assist in the coordination, administration, and proactive management of training deliveries within the BSl training academy to ensure efficient planning, utilisation, and administration, in line with core KPIs. Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities To proactively manage, coordinate and respond to requests from the Sales teams in line with Service Level Agreements, KPIs and monthly delivery targets Effective support and implementation of tutor onboarding, development, and tutor I Code and observation plans To ensure that an efficient output is achieved through maximum utilisation and seamless coordination of the tutor diary in line with budget, revenue, gross profit targets, and strategy plans To undertake the key administrative and systems-based tasks in line with correct operational processes and in coordination with key stakeholders To liaise with associate tutors, as appropriate, in line with budget, to support the sales team in maximising client training opportunities To support the EMEA CoE Planning Manager with reporting requirements as necessary Collaborating with operational training coordinators to support in the proactive planning of non-delivery days (eg, exam marking, distance learning, client calls) to meet KPIs and client requirements Utilise Salesforce (or similar CRM systems) to manage delivery requests, track tutor availability, and update training schedules. Strong English communication skills are essential, and proficiency in any additional European language is preferred.
