Responsibilities

WHAT YOU GET TO DO IN THIS ROLE:

As the EMEA Director Solution Consulting, COE Leader you will be responsible for driving excellence, innovation, and consistency across our Specialist Solution Consulting community in EMEA for Data & Analytics Solutions.
Key focus areas will include driving the Data & Analytics workflow growth strategy, expanding specialist solution consulting capabilities and shaping cross-functional ecosystem activities to build pipeline, secure tech wins and capture market opportunities.
You’ll act as a catalyst for best practices, knowledge sharing, technical innovation, and capability uplift, helping our solution consulting and pre-sales teams deliver differentiated value to customers at every stage of the sales cycle.

Serve as the central point of contact for SC enablement, innovation, and strategic initiatives across EMEA.

  • Foster a thriving community of Specialist SC’s by curating and sharing best practices, tools, methodologies, and assets.
  • Identify capability gaps across regions and work with Major Area leaders to support upskilling and enablement programs.
  • Drive consistency and quality in technical storytelling, demo’s, value articulation, and competitive positioning.
  • Lead or coordinate regional CoE initiatives (e.g., demo strategy, industry use cases, tech wnis, onboarding).
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Enablement to align go-to-market efforts.
  • Act as a thought leader and champion for emerging technologies, industry trends, and solution strategy alignment.
  • Measure and report on the effectiveness of pre-sales practices and assets across the community.
  • Represent EMEA pre-sales in global CoE forums and contribute to shaping global standards

Qualifications

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU HAVE:

  • 10+ years’ experience in solution consulting and GTM strategy
  • Proven enterprise software pre-sales experience in a large, global matrixed sales organization. Experience in a specialist sales organization preferred.
  • Demonstrated success partnering with senior product leaders to build and grow businesses spanning a multi-BU product portfolio.
  • Deep sales, market and product knowledge relating to the ServiceNow Plartform; selling solutions to scale customer operations and improve end-customer experience.
  • Outstanding communication skills, ability to influence at all levels of the company.
  • Experience developing and running sales programs and strategies from inception to completion.
  • Experience presenting to large internal and external audiences including customer & partner events.
  • Strong organization, communication, teamwork, presentation, problem solving and time management skills.
  • Experience inspiring global, matrixed teams to share and follow defined best practices.
  • A self-starter with a “win as a team” approach
  • International experience is a plus.
  • Strong fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
