Your work will directly influence how we grow revenue, optimise margin, and invest for the future across multiple markets. ✅ What makes you a strong fit Extensive leadership-level finance experience operating at Head of Finance, Finance Director, or CFO level in complex, fast-paced organisations Proven experience across EMEA regions - navigating multi-entity structures, diverse markets, and varying regulatory landscape Deep FP&A expertise - this is essential; you bring a strong planning, forecasting, and performance-led mindset to everything you do Ownership across full P&L - including revenue, margin, cost, and deal economics Proven experience business partnering with senior executives – influencing strategy, challenging thinking, and guiding high-stakes decisions Strong commercial finance capability — with demonstrated experience in deal desk, pricing strategy, and margin optimisation Considerable skill in financial modelling and evaluating investment returns in fast-moving environments Professional finance qualification (e.g., CPA / ACA / CFA) preferred Fluent English (additional European languages a plus) We encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet 100% of the criteria.
