We are seeking an HR Generalist to join our People team, with a focus on creating an outstanding employee experience while ensuring smooth operations across all aspects of the employee lifecycle. This role will be pivotal in shaping onboarding, benefits, compliance, and HR operations, while also partnering with leadership on ad hoc projects and employee relations.
The HR Generalist will act as a local go-to partner for employees, balancing day-to-day HR operations with project-based work to continuously improve our people practices.

EMPLOYEE EXPERIENCE

  • Drive the employee experience strategy to ensure employees feel supported and engaged.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for day-to-day employee inquiries.ONBOARDING & ORIENTATION
  • Lead and continuously develop the local onboarding program for all new hires.
  • Coordinate logistics for employee travel related to onboarding or training.
  • Collaborate with global HR counterparts to ensure consistency and scalability of onboarding practices.BENEFITS ADMINISTRATION
  • Manage administration of local reward programs, including:
  • Oversee and guide employees through leave processes (maternity, paternity, parental leave, etc.).
  • Partner with vendors and providers to ensure smooth benefit operations.HR OPERATIONS (PEOPLE OPS)
  • Process and manage local Workday changes across EMEA / APAC.
  • Support immigration-related processes, acting as liaison for internal mobility candidatesPartner on Workday and Greenhouse data integrity, clean-up, and integration projects.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Prior HR Generalist or People Operations experience, ideally in a global or fast-scaling environment.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes across the employee lifecycle.
  • Proficiency with HR systems such as Workday and Greenhouse; familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter a plus.
  • Knowledge of local employment law and compliance requirements.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on employee experience.
