This role will be reporting to the Sales Director Indirect Markets EMEA. The individual will be responsible in building and managing the relationships with current and upcoming Bioventus´ channel partner/s in the region. She/he will be responsible to achieve the pre-determined sales quotas across the region and by country. Furthermore, it is expected that the individual will continue expanding geographically Bioventus´ portfolio within the assigned region. Additionally, the Sales Manager, in cooperation with the channel partners and, when required by the business, will need to act as trainer and product specialist in the field. This position requires the individual to allocate at least 60% of her/his time for traveling.

  • Negotiates and agrees on yearly purchasing quotas with the channel partners and holds oneself accountable for achieving quarterly and yearly sales results.
  • Builds and sustains healthy business relationships with Bioventus´ channel partners and lead them to achieve yearly quotas.
  • Identify, analyzes and evaluates market opportunities and translates them into executable actions and activities in cooperation with the team.
  • Generates with the channel partners and Bioventus´ team to develop and execute the needed marketing and medical education activities to successfully generate additional revenue.
  • Jointly with Bioventus´ channel partners, attends to local, national and regional exhibitions and scientific congresses.
  • Prepare quarterly regional overview and next quarter’s business outlook.
  • Holds oneself and others accountable to conduct business in a manner compliant with Bioventus’ Code of Compliance and Ethics, policies and procedures and internal controls applicable to their role.
  • Other duties as assigned
  • BD on BA or science. MBA is preferred.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish language is required. Other languages will be a plus.
  • 5 years’ experience in channel partner managements.
  • Results oriented, self-driven and self-motivated.
  • Able to work independently.
