Our Optical Communications segment has recently evolved from being a manufacturer of optical fiber and cable, hardware and equipment to being a comprehensive provider of industry-leading optical solutions across the broader communications industry.This segment is classified into two main product groupings – carrier network and enterprise network. The carrier network product group consists primarily of products and solutions for optical-based communications infrastructure for services such as video, data and voice communications. The enterprise network product group consists primarily of optical-based communication networks sold to businesses, governments and individuals for their own use.

Responsibilities

ROLE PURPOSE:

The EMEA Key Accounts Marketing Manager is part of the Corning Optical Communications Marketing organization and is responsible for creating and executing the marketing plans for our key accounts across the region. A key account is defined as a customer that is strategically important to our company, typically generating a significant portion of revenue or possessing high growth potential.
This person focuses on building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with the company’s most valuable clients to support revenue and/or share growth and increase customer loyalty.
This person will provide a high level of personalized service, attention, and tailored solutions to meet the accounts’ specific needs.
This position partners with internal and external stakeholders such as Product Line Management, Market Development, Sales, other marketing groups within the OCO Marketing organization, and our agencies and partners to define and execute metrics-driven marketing activities.
