Support end-to-end multi-country payroll for a financial services firm, partnering with HR, Finance/Treasury, and payroll vendors to ensure accurate, compliant, on-time payroll delivery—including funding, statutory taxes, and employee support. Key Responsibilities Run end-to-end payroll for multiple jurisdictions (inputs, validations, processing, reconciliations, reporting). Coordinate payroll funding with Finance/Treasury (gross-to-net, funding instructions, deadlines). Support tax and statutory compliance (withholding, social insurance, filings support, year-end activities). Manage/coordinate with outsourced payroll providers and resolve issues. Deliver excellent employee payroll support (responsive, clear, confidential). Maintain payroll data quality and documentation; contribute to process improvements. Required Qualifications 1–2+ years payroll experience across 2+ countries, within: Ireland, UK, UAE, Switzerland, Hungary, Estonia Strong working knowledge of payroll controls, reconciliations, taxes/statutory deductions, and funding Strong Excel skills and a service-oriented mindset Certifications: CIPP/E , APA, IPASS preferred Familiar with global HCM products: Dayforce preferred Skills Accuracy, confidentiality, ownership, strong communication, deadline management, and continuous improvement mindset.
