Job Summary: Okta is seeking an experienced and highly motivated PR Manager to join our international PR team in Germany. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic communications campaigns to increase Okta’s brand awareness and visibility within th
German market. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, hands-on communications, and strong collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a strategic public relations campaign tailored to the German market, spanning earned, owned, and paid media.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key media, journalists, and influencers in Germany.
  • Elevate executive thought leadership profiles for top executives.
  • Secure participation from local customers and partners in a variety of PR activities.
  • Craft compelling local narratives and executive thought leadership platforms.
  • Build executive profiles via earned, owned, and paid media.
  • Collaborate with the global corporate communications team and external agencies to ensure consistent messaging and a unified brand voice.
  • Monitor media coverage trends (proactive & reactive) and analyze the effectiveness of PR campaigns to inform future strategies.
